Why embroidery works for uniforms
Embroidery is the most durable way to brand a uniform. Stitched logos do not crack or peel, they survive frequent washing and they give garments a finished, professional look. That is why most corporate, hospitality, healthcare, school and security uniforms use embroidered logos, crests and names.
All our embroidery is done in our own workshop in Ras Al Khaimah, on computerised embroidery machines, so we control quality and timing from the first stitch.
How our embroidery process works
Every embroidery job follows the same steps, so the result matches what you approved.
- Logo digitising: we convert your logo into a stitch file, adjusting fine detail and small text so it stitches cleanly
- Thread matching: we select thread colours closest to your brand colours
- Placement: we agree position and size on each garment, for example left chest, sleeve, back or cap front
- Sample: we stitch a sample on the actual garment for your approval
- Production: the approved file is used for the full run and kept on record for reorders
What we embroider
We embroider logos, crests, names and titles on shirts, blouses, polos, T-shirts, scrubs, lab coats, chef coats, aprons, jackets, fleeces, coveralls, caps and bags. Individual names can be added to each garment from a list, which is common for healthcare, hospitality and security teams. If you would like to brand garments you already own, bring a sample to the showroom and we will check whether it can be embroidered cleanly.
