Made for people who never stop moving
Housekeeping and cleaning staff bend, reach, carry and walk for most of their shift. Their uniforms need room to move, pockets in the right places and fabrics that stay comfortable in heat. They also need to look neat, because in hotels, offices and homes these teams are seen by guests, tenants and families.
We design tunics, dresses and trousers with stretch or relaxed cuts, reinforced seams at stress points and pockets sized for keys, cloths and phones.
Roles and garments
- Hotel room attendants: tunics or dresses with stretch, trousers and an apron for bathroom cleaning
- Public area attendants: hard-wearing tunics or polos and trousers in darker shades
- Laundry teams: lightweight, breathable tunics or polos for hot laundry rooms
- Housekeeping supervisors: a different colour or a smarter tunic so guests and staff can find them
- Office and mall cleaners: branded polos or tunics and trousers
- Specialist and deep cleaning crews: coveralls, with disposable coveralls where chemicals or contamination are involved
- Household staff: maid and nanny uniforms in modest, comfortable styles
Fabrics that survive frequent washing
Cleaning uniforms are washed constantly, often at high temperatures and with strong detergents. We recommend colour-fast poly-cotton blends that keep their colour and shape, and darker shades or small patterns that hide marks between washes. Aprons can be added for wet or messy tasks.
Fabric choices and why
If staff work with bleach-based products, choose darker shades or ask about fabrics with better colour-fastness. No uniform fabric is fully bleach-proof, so splashes will show over time.
- Poly-cotton with stretch: moves with the body when bending and reaching, and keeps its shape after washing
- Colour-fast poly-cotton without stretch: tougher and more economical for large FM teams
- Pique or performance polos: cooler for staff who walk long distances in malls and offices
- Darker colours or small patterns: hide marks between washes
- Waterproof or heavy cotton aprons: for bathrooms, kitchens and wet tasks
Branding and placement
- Hotel teams: small embroidered logo on the left chest, coordinated with the property's range
- FM and cleaning companies: company logo on the chest and a larger print on the back, so clients recognise your staff
- Client-site names or role labels on the sleeve where contracts require them
- Name embroidery or badges for supervisors
Comfort in heat and humidity
Laundry rooms, car parks, service corridors and outdoor areas are often hotter than the spaces guests see. For staff who work there, choose lighter fabric weights, short sleeves where your dress code allows, and polos or tunics with breathable knit or mesh panels. Light, loose cuts let air move, while pockets placed at the hip rather than the chest keep weight off the shoulders. For household staff, cotton-rich fabrics in modest, relaxed styles are often preferred for comfort at home.
Who we supply
Hotels use our housekeeping uniforms for room attendants, public-area cleaners and laundry teams, coordinated with the rest of the property's range. Facilities management and cleaning companies order branded uniforms for staff deployed across many client sites. Households order maid and nanny uniforms in smaller quantities.
For facilities management companies
FM and cleaning contractors often run large teams spread across offices, malls, schools and residential towers. We help you set a uniform that is easy to replace, simple to size and clearly branded, so clients recognise your staff on their premises. Orders can be packed by site or supervisor, and sizes are recorded by employee so replacements for individual staff are straightforward.
Ordering step by step
- Tell us the roles, headcount and the conditions staff work in
- We propose garments, fabrics and colours, with swatches
- You receive a written quotation, confirming minimums and the delivery date
- We make a sample for approval, with your logo placed
- Sizes are collected by name, by size breakdown or through a measurement session
- Uniforms are produced, branded and quality checked
- Orders are packed by site, supervisor or employee and delivered
Sizing for comfort
Housekeeping uniforms should never be tight. Tunics and trousers come in sizes from XS to 4XL, and relaxed or stretch cuts help staff who are between sizes. For large teams we work from a size breakdown and record sizes against each name, so a replacement for one person is a simple order. Size sets let staff try before the main order.
Replacements and new staff
Cleaning uniforms wear out faster than most, so plan for replacements. Many operators replace sets on a regular cycle rather than waiting for each one to fail, and keep a small stock of common sizes for new staff. Approved designs and sizes stay on our records, so a replacement set matches the rest of the team.
Care and laundering
- Wash at the temperature on the care label; poly-cotton generally tolerates frequent, warm washes
- Rinse off chemical splashes promptly before they mark the fabric
- Wash coloured uniforms separately from whites
- Avoid overloading dryers, which shortens garment life
- Iron logos from the reverse side
Housekeeping uniform checklist

- Working conditions: heat, wet tasks, chemicals
- Colours that hide marks and match your brand or property
