Branded clothing that people actually wear
Promotional clothing works when people keep wearing it after the event. That means a decent fabric, a good fit and a design that looks good off the stage. We help marketing and events teams choose garments and decoration methods that suit the budget and the audience, whether it is a product launch, an exhibition stand, a community campaign or a staff celebration.
We produce T-shirts, polos, caps, hoodies and jackets in bulk, and can coordinate several items so staff, volunteers and guests each have a distinct look under the same campaign.
What to order for each purpose
- Event staff and promoters: polo shirts or T-shirts with a clear printed logo on the back, plus caps for outdoor work
- Volunteers and marshals: brightly coloured T-shirts with role wording such as Volunteer or Staff
- Exhibition stands: embroidered polos or shirts that look smart in photographs
- Giveaways: good-quality T-shirts or caps in a neutral colour people will actually wear
- Staff celebrations and team days: matching T-shirts or hoodies with a campaign design
- Corporate gifts: embroidered polos, caps or jackets
- National Day and Flag Day: T-shirts, caps and scarves in national colours, with flags
Fabric choices and why
A heavier T-shirt usually feels better and lasts longer, which matters if you want people to keep wearing it. Our fabric guide gives typical weights for each fabric.
- Cotton jersey T-shirts: soft and familiar, ideal for screen printing and DTF
- Poly-cotton T-shirts: hold shape and colour better after many washes
- Polyester performance T-shirts: lightweight and quick-drying for outdoor events, runs and sports days
- Cotton or poly-cotton pique polos: smarter for exhibition and hospitality staff
- Fleece and French terry hoodies: for winter events and staff gifts
Choosing the right decoration method
Each method suits different quantities and artwork. We recommend the right one for your design and deadline.
- Screen printing: economical for larger runs with a limited number of colours
- DTF printing: full-colour artwork and smaller runs, with good detail
- Embroidery: a durable, premium finish for polos, caps and jackets
- Heat transfer: individual names, numbers or variable text
Artwork placement
We confirm the size and position of each placement on a digital proof before production.
- Left chest: a small logo, the most common placement for polos and staff wear
- Full front: campaign artwork or event names
- Back: large logos or role wording that can be read from a distance
- Sleeve: a secondary logo, sponsor or hashtag
- Cap front: embroidered or printed logo
Planning around your event date
Events have fixed dates, so we agree the schedule at quotation stage: artwork approval, a sample or digital proof, production and delivery to your office or venue. Seasonal campaigns such as National Day are best planned well ahead, as demand rises sharply in the weeks before.
Making promotional wear people keep
The cost of a promotional T-shirt is wasted if it goes straight into a drawer. People keep garments that fit well, feel good and do not look like an advert. A slightly heavier fabric, a colour people already wear, a modest logo on the chest with the larger design on the back, and the right size for each person all make a difference. For staff wear, a polo or cap that matches your uniform will be worn far beyond the event.
Ordering step by step
- Send your artwork, event date, garments and approximate quantities
- We recommend garments and a decoration method for your design and budget
- You receive a written quotation that confirms minimums and the delivery date

- You confirm the size and colour breakdown
- We produce, check and pack the order, labelled for easy distribution
- Delivery to your office or venue on the agreed date
Splitting sizes for a mixed audience
For staff, collect actual sizes. For giveaways, base the split on your audience: adult events usually need more medium, large and extra-large sizes than the extremes, while family events need children's sizes too. If you are unsure, tell us about the audience and we will suggest a size spread. Sizes run from XS to 4XL, with children's sizes available for printed T-shirts.
Artwork tips
- Send vector files (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) for the sharpest result
- Fewer colours keep screen printing economical on large runs
- Fine lines and very small text may not reproduce well in embroidery; we adjust them during digitising
- Check contrast between the artwork and the garment colour
- Use correct national colours and show the flag respectfully on National Day designs
Care for printed garments
- Wash inside out at the temperature on the care label
- Do not iron directly on the print
- Avoid tumble drying on high heat, which can damage transfers
- Embroidered items can be pressed from the reverse
