Gravity Uniforms makes custom sports kits for UAE clubs, academies, schools and corporate leagues: sublimated jerseys, shorts, socks, training wear, tracksuits, hoodies and caps in your team colours. Names and numbers are added for each player, crests can be embroidered, and kits are packed by player and delivered from its Ras Al Khaimah workshop.

Kits for every sport and level

We make team kits for football, basketball, volleyball, cricket, tennis, badminton and running events, for clubs, academies, school teams and company leagues. Whether you need a full season kit for an academy or matching shirts for a corporate tournament, we design around your colours and crest.

Performance fabrics are chosen for the UAE climate: lightweight, breathable and moisture-wicking, so players stay cooler during training and matches.

What a full kit can include

  • Players: match jerseys, shorts and socks, home and away
  • Goalkeepers: jerseys in a contrasting colour, often with long sleeves
  • Training: training tops, shorts and bibs
  • Travel and presentation: tracksuits, hoodies and jackets with embroidered crests
  • Coaches and staff: polos, tracksuits and caps
  • Supporters, parents and fans: printed T-shirts and caps
  • Events and runs: performance T-shirts with event artwork

Fabric choices and why

Sublimation works only on polyester, and best on white or light base fabrics, so the fabric choice and the decoration method are decided together.

  • Polyester interlock or birdseye knit for jerseys: lightweight, moisture-wicking and ideal for sublimation
  • Mesh panels: extra ventilation under the arms and across the back
  • Polyester or poly-spandex for shorts: quick-drying with freedom of movement
  • Poly-cotton or cotton for supporter T-shirts: comfortable everyday wear that takes print well
  • Fleece or knit for hoodies and tracksuits: warm for winter evenings and travel

Sublimation, names and numbers

Sublimation prints the design into polyester fabric, so full-colour patterns, sponsor logos and gradients will not crack or peel. For plain kits, names and numbers are added by heat transfer, and crests can be embroidered on tracksuits and jackets for a premium finish.

  • Sublimated jerseys with all-over designs
  • Individual names and numbers for each player
  • Embroidered crests on tracksuits and outerwear
  • Sponsor logos placed to your guidelines

Names, numbers, crests and sponsor placement

  • Crest on the left chest; sponsor logo across the front
  • Player name above the number on the back
  • Number on the back, and optionally on the front or shorts
  • Secondary sponsors on the sleeve or back below the number
  • League or competition rules may limit sponsor size and position; check them before artwork is approved

Beyond match day

A complete kit goes beyond the playing shirt. We supply training tops, shorts, tracksuits, hoodies, caps and bags so the team looks consistent from warm-up to presentation, plus supporter T-shirts for fans and families.

Corporate leagues, schools and one-off events

Not every kit is for a club. Companies order matching shirts for internal leagues, charity runs and team-building days; schools order house-colour kits and sports-day T-shirts. For these, simpler designs printed on plain performance T-shirts or polos are often enough, and a team name on the back can replace individual numbers. Tell us how often the kit will be worn and we will suggest the right level of fabric and decoration.

Ordering a team kit

Send us your colours, crest and any sponsor logos, the number of players and a size list. We prepare a design proof showing the front, back and sleeves, and produce a sample where time allows. Once you approve, we produce the kits and pack each one by player name and number. Academies and schools can add new players during the season from the same design.

Step by step

  • Brief: sport, number of players, colours, crest and sponsor logos
  • Design proof: front, back and sleeves, with names and numbers shown
  • Quotation: a written quotation that confirms minimums and the delivery date
  • Sample: produced where time allows, to check fabric, fit and colours
  • Player list: names, numbers and sizes in one spreadsheet
  • Production and quality checks
  • Packing by player and delivery to your club, academy or school

Sizing children and adults

Team kits often cover children and adults in the same order. Adult sizes run from XS to 4XL, and children's sizes are available for academies and schools. Performance kits are usually cut closer to the body than everyday T-shirts, so we recommend that players try a size set before the order is placed, particularly for match jerseys. Record each player's size next to their name and number on the player list.

Care for performance kits

  • Wash at 30–40°C, inside out, as the care label advises
  • Avoid fabric softener, which can block the fabric's ability to wick moisture
  • Do not iron directly on printed names, numbers or transfers
  • Line dry where possible; high dryer heat can damage transfers
  • Wash kits soon after matches rather than leaving them damp in a bag

Planning for the season

Order kits before the season or tournament starts, allowing time for the design proof, any sample and production. Keep a spreadsheet of names, numbers and sizes, and order a few spare kits in common sizes with blank backs for new players. Approved designs stay on file, so additional kits during the season match the originals.

Frequently asked questions

Can you print individual names and numbers?+

Yes. Send us a player list with sizes, names and numbers, and we will print and pack each kit by player.

What is sublimation and why use it?+

Sublimation dyes the design into polyester fabric, so full-colour artwork does not crack, peel or fade quickly. It suits jerseys with complex designs or many colours.

Do you make kits for corporate tournaments?+

Yes. We make matching shirts and kits for company leagues and one-off corporate events, with your company logo and team names.

Do you make kits for school sports teams?+

Yes. We make team kits and PE wear for schools in house colours, with the school crest embroidered or printed.

Do you make kits in children's sizes?+

Yes. We make kits in children's sizes for academies and schools, as well as adult sizes from XS to 4XL.

Can goalkeepers have a different kit?+

Yes. Goalkeeper jerseys are usually produced in a contrasting colour, often with long sleeves, within the same design family as the outfield kit.

Can we add new players during the season?+

Yes. We keep your approved design on file and produce additional kits with names and numbers as players join.

Which fabric is best for playing in UAE heat?+

Lightweight, moisture-wicking polyester knits, often with mesh panels, help players stay cooler. They also allow sublimated designs that will not crack or peel.

Can you help us design the kit?+

Yes. Send your colours, crest and any ideas or reference kits, and we prepare a design proof showing the front, back and sleeves. You can request changes before approving it.

Where should sponsor logos go?+

The main sponsor usually sits across the front, with secondary sponsors on the sleeve or back. Leagues and competitions may set rules on size and position, so check them before approving the artwork.
