For procurement teams

Bulk Uniform Supply for Companies and Institutions

Uniform supply for hotels, facilities management companies, hospitals, schools, factories and corporate offices across the UAE: one account manager, a free site visit, samples approved before production, a written quotation and free delivery to every emirate.

Gravity Uniforms is a uniform manufacturer in Ras Al Khaimah that supplies whole organisations across the UAE. Procurement teams get a dedicated account manager, a free visit with fabric and garment samples, free on-site measurements, a sample to approve before production and a written quotation that confirms garments, quantities, lead time and price. Design, cutting, sewing, embroidery and printing are done in its own workshop, approved designs and logo files are kept on record for reorders, and orders are delivered free to any emirate, packed by department, site or employee.

What your procurement team gets

Buying uniforms for a whole organisation is different from buying a few shirts. You need one point of contact, garments that match across departments and sites, a quotation you can put in front of finance and a supplier who can repeat the order a year later. This is how we work with every organisation we supply.

  • A dedicated account manager for your organisation, from the first visit to every reorder
  • A free appointment: we visit your premises anywhere in the UAE with fabric swatches, garment samples and designs
  • Free on-site measurements by our master cutter, arranged by shift or department so work is not interrupted
  • Free samples once the initial terms are agreed (the sample count is part of your order), approved by you before production starts
  • A written quotation confirming garments, fabrics, branding, quantities, lead time and price
  • Design, cutting, sewing, embroidery and printing under one roof in Ras Al Khaimah, with a quality check after production and before packing
  • Free delivery to any emirate in Gravity Uniforms packing, packed by department, site or employee
  • Approved designs, fabrics and logo files kept on record, so reorders match the first order
  • Garments with a manufacturing defect are replaced

How a supply order runs

Every organisation's order follows the same steps, so your team always knows what has been agreed and what comes next.

  • Requirement: you tell us the roles, the approximate headcount, the sites and the date you need the uniforms
  • Visit: we come to your premises, or you visit our Ras Al Khaimah showroom, to review fabrics, garments and branding
  • Measurements: we measure your staff on site, or work from the size list you send
  • Quotation: you receive a written quotation for each garment, fabric and branding method
  • Sample: you approve a sample, including the embroidered or printed logo, before production starts
  • Production: cutting, sewing, embroidery and printing in our workshop, then a quality check before packing
  • Delivery: packed by department, site or employee and delivered to your locations in any emirate

What to include in your request for quotation

A clear request gets you a clear quotation faster. If some of these points are still open, send what you have and we will fill the gaps during the visit.

  • The roles to be dressed and the garments for each, for example shirts, trousers, tunics, chef coats, scrubs or coveralls
  • Headcount per role, with a size breakdown if you have one, or a request for on-site measurements
  • Working conditions: outdoor heat, kitchens, laundry rooms, chemicals or frequent industrial washing
  • Your logo file and where it should go: chest, sleeve, back or cap front, plus any staff names
  • Delivery sites, the date you need the uniforms and how they should be packed
  • How many sets each person receives, and how you expect to order for new staff and replacements

Organisations we supply

  • Hotels and resorts: front office, food and beverage, kitchen, housekeeping and security teams
  • Facilities management and cleaning companies: branded polos, tunics, trousers and coveralls for site teams
  • Hospitals, clinics and medical centres: scrubs, lab coats and staff uniforms
  • Schools: shirts, pinafores, PE kits and blazers with embroidered crests
  • Factories, warehouses and contractors: work shirts, cargo trousers, coveralls and hi-vis
  • Security companies: guard shirts, trousers, jackets and caps
  • Corporate offices, banks and showrooms: shirts, blouses, blazers and suits

The same uniform at every site, every year

Large organisations add staff, open branches and replace worn garments all year. We keep your approved designs, fabrics, logo stitch files and staff sizes on record, so a reorder or a set for a new member of staff matches the first delivery without starting again.

Individual names can be embroidered on each garment from the list you send, and each person's items can be packed and labelled separately, so distribution on site is quick.

Minimums, lead times and prices

Minimum order quantities, lead times and prices depend on the garment, the fabric and the branding method, so they are confirmed in each written quotation rather than in a price list. For company documents or details your vendor registration needs that are not listed on this site, contact our team and tell us what you need.
